If you want to purchase a Zoo membership for a friend or relative, we will mail YOU a gift certificate that YOU can present to the lucky recipient.

  • Call (585) 336-7212 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and charge by phone.
  • Stop at the Zoo's Front Gate during Zoo hours.
