  • Call (585) 336-7212 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and charge by phone.
  • Stop at the Zoo's Front Gate during Zoo hours.

Household Basic Free admission for up to 2 adults living in the same household and all the member's children 21 years of age or younger. $69

Grandparent Free admission for up to 2 grandparents living in the same household and the member's grandchildren 21 years of age or younger. $64
